The Vigour Athlete Development Program has been designed for youth athletes and para-athletes aged 13-19 and is an intensive strength and conditioning program designed to improve speed, agility, strength, vertical jump and other components of performance. Training involves the use of effective fundamental movement skills and advanced training discipline. Athletes who have completed the Vigour program are successfully competing on the world stage on provincial, national and NCAA teams.
